PRC guarantees next business day delivery of your promotion registration package, including bonding, if we receive your complete order by 3:00 p.m. your time, as described in our Client Service Agreement. (For clients outside the continental U.S. and Canada, orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.) A complete order consists of PRC’s receipt of your online submission of registration information, the final official rules and any necessary surety bond/waiver/trust documents in compliance with the appropriate regulatory requirements.
If a promotion registration is late due to an error by PRC, we will waive or refund your Registration Service Fee and pay related government fines if any are charged. Furthermore, as a new client, if you are not 100% satisfied after using our service to register three promotions, we will refund your Registration Service Fee upon request.
