This new client application process should take less than 5 minutes to complete. All new clients are required to submit an application to use PRC's services. This process is designed so that you can start the application, save it if needed, and finish at a later time by logging in as an "Applicant" from PRC's home page using the same e-mail address and password you specify below. After you complete the process, you may also log back in as an "Applicant" to check the status of your application.

As you complete the following pages, you will notice some information is "pre-filled" based on information you enter. You may change information on subsequent pages as needed.
